medical professionals as well as families and friends of Parkinson's
patients can ask our medical director questions. Posts in this forum
are NOT anonymous. Here you will be able to communicate with our
medical director and get answers to questions relating to Parkinson's

Hello - I've been trying and trying to get an appointment with a Parkinson's specialist in or near Boca Raton and cannot get anyone to return my calls. This appointment is for my mother who is extremely ill with Parkinson's. All I want is someone to just look at her and see if they can advise us what to do for her. She is practically paralyzed from her stiffness and we aren't able fo find anyone to help. Our family doctor has sent us to a neurologist, but he doesn't specialize in Parkinson's. I'm so desperate. I love my mom so much. She has done so much for others throughout her whole life. She is a devout Catholic and spent many years on her knees praying for everyone else's needs. Now she needs help and I cannot seem to help her. Won't anyone please help me? I know this is supposed to be used for discussions, but I'm desperate. Please.
